When choosing a gift for a friend, it is always recommended to get something personal to that person, a thoughtful, heartfelt gift.
One way of doing this could be to get a t-shirt printed with a design that they have admired such as if they were planning on getting a tattoo done. If the design is placed where they were thinking of having their tattoo this could also be a great way to see if the design will suit them.
Other ideas could be something that your friend absolutely loves such as a character from their favourite video game, a popular cartoon character or movie icon. The list of ideas could also amount to infinity as if you have access to a picture of what you would like to see printed on a t-shirt then this can be transferred onto the t-shirt for you.
The internet provides a wonderful source of information for anything you can think of that you want to look up from animals to zodiac signs and is a definitive source of wonderful pictures that could easily be transferred to a t-shirt.
Offering gifts on someone’s birthday gives a great sense of well-being as seeing the look on the person’s face when they open something that they have wanted so much is an exasperating feeling.
There are some superstitions surrounding the celebration of a birthday one being that a person’s friends and family would come to visit them at their home bringing with them good fortune and wishes as a person was believed to be vulnerable to ghosts and spirits when a change took place in their life such as on the day of their birth. If guests did bring a gift then this was considered to be further good fortune for the person whose birthday it was.
When shopping for a friend’s birthday present please ensure that you take your time and choose something appropriate for their special occasion. If having a t-shirt printed ensure the design is the correct one and if unsure nonchalantly keep asking questions or get someone to ask for you so it doesn’t leave any hints as to what they are getting.
Try to get a nice card also and write something heartfelt inside. This will ensure that they get a birthday they will truly remember with a personal message in their card and a present that they will love.
Fold the t-shirt up neatly or ask the lady at the store to do it for you so that when they open it the logo is there for them to see instead of it being all crumpled up inside the wrapping paper. Your friend should also see that you have taken time and consideration while selecting and wrapping their present which will make them aware of just how much you care about them.
If the t-shirt is funny then perhaps wrapping a piece of paper with a funny comment written on it might also be a good idea.
Put a smile on their face and show them that you care.
