The Crevasse – Making of 3D Street Art
www.metanamorph.com In Dun Laoghaire the “Festival of World Culture” took place from 21. to 24. of August 2008. Edgar Müller has followed the invitation and continued his series of large-sized 3D Street Art there. For this year’s Festival of World Cultures renowned German street painting artist Edgar Müller transformed a huge slice of the East Pier into a dramatic ice age scene. This project was supported by the Goethe Institution Germany.

Getting a permanent tattoo for yourself is a very big decision and something that you should think about carefully. It may not be easy to choose exactly the right tattoo design. The person you are today may not be the same as the person you will become. Choosing the theme of the tattoo is the first step. Then you must choose a design. There are hundreds of designs available at tattoo shops and online.
To find the perfect tattoo, you need to look at the right places. Here are some tips on where you can find cool tattoo ideas.
Start by looking at designs online in the many tattoo galleries. Many artists have their own websites to showcase their unique designs. thin about the style that best represents you. The are tribal designs, Asian designs and representations of fine art. Take your time and look at as many designs as possible before you make your choice. You don’t want to get your tattoo and then see a design you like better. Look for the image that is perfect for you.
Many tattoo artists keep a portfolio of photos of designs they have done for their customers. In addition to helping you choose a design, these portfolios show the skill of the artist. If the design isn’t well executed, you won’t be happy with it, so always ask to see the artist’s portfolio. This will help you judge the artist’s skill in drawing the design you want. The skill level is especially important for complex designs. You need an artist who can color inside the lines. You should be comfortable with your artist and confident in his skills. You should also make sure the artist uses sterile procedures so you don’t get an infection.
Deciding where on your body to place the tattoo can be another dilemma. If you work in a conservative atmosphere, it best to put your tattoo in an inconspicuous location. It’s okay if it shows at the beach, but you don’t want it to show at work. tattoos can be placed just anywhere on your body, so consider your reason for getting the tattoo when you choose it’s location. Take a picture of your idea to your tattoo artist and ask if it can be rendered as a tattoo. He may be able to draw a picture showing how the design will look as a tattoo. In many cases it will look a bit different than the original, because there are certain limitations on tattoo art that don’t exist on canvas or paper.
Having a tattoo is very cool, especially if it is something that really symbolizes you or your belief. Just search for a tattoo design in the places discussed above and you can be sure that you will get the perfect tattoo for yourself.

A tattoo is a permanent marking made by inserting ink into the layers of skin to change the pigment for decorative or other reasons. Tattoos on humans are a type of decorative body modification, while tattoos on animals are most commonly used for identification or branding. Tattooing has been practiced worldwide. The Ainu, the indigenous people of Japan, traditionally wore facial tattoos. Today one can find Berbers of Tamazgha and Maori of New Zealand with facial tattoos.
There are five key things you need to know before heading off to the Tattoo Parlor on tattoo appointment day. This article will cover those five key points to help ensure that when you finally put ink to skin, you are completely ready and do not have any last minute snags in your tattoo plan.
