how much do custom colored tattoo sleeves cost?

My 22yr old daughter has colored tattoos. What kind of ink was used to make tattoos years ago?
My 84yr old father got tattoos when he signed up to join the army, for WWII. His tattoos now look like it is greenish in appearance, not black ink. So, I’d like to know if someone can give me an answer!
Even when I was a child, his tattoos always looked green! Is it the ink? Or is it because where it was done?
Have any Disney World cast members used flesh colored sleeves to hide scarring/tattoos?
I am very uncomfortable showing my arms for personal reasons. I just got hired at Disney World to work in one of the stores at one of the parks. I’m assuming the uniform is going to have short sleeves, but I don’t want to show my arms. Can I request a long sleeved shirt or wear flesh colored sleeves underneath? I don’t want to get into an uncomfortable discussion about why with anyone at Disney, I’m just wondering how flexible they are on this particular issue.
