are tattoo designs always considered tribal?

I made a design just like a pattern really its like a butterfly and triangles and shapes you know really hard to describe but i don’t want to show people because i am wanting it to be my tattoo but like my artist called it tribal but i didn’t mean that so if i get this design will people always call it tribal because it is just a design but after looking at the so-called “tribal” tattoos on the internet there are many similarities. So just tell me what you think please.

Tribal dragon tattoos are a blend of the East and West.
